National Youth Orchestra of Canada

Every year, the most talented members of youth orchestras across the country are selected to be part of the NYOC. This year, celebrating 50 years, Jacques Lacombe and the orchestra present a wonderful summer night of music in a program that includes Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherazade, Strauss’ Don Juan, Shostakovich’s Festive Overture, and the premiere of Perpetual Summer, a commissioned work by Kati Agócs. Seating is general admission, subject to availability. Lobby doors open at 7:00 pm.
